Hello and welcome to my little corner of the DIY world! I live with my husband in the wonderful state of New Mexico where the sun is always shining. When I’m not at work as an engineer, I’m constantly dreaming about new projects for our little house and garden. My goal is to think of smart and creative ways to improve our lives (the bright) and to create items that bring beauty to our home (the lovely). My hope in sharing these projects is to inspire others along their DIY journeys and pass along the tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years.
